Except as may be expressly set forth on the Site, you may only view, play, print, and download Content on the Sites for your own personal, informational, and noncommercial purposes only. The Sites and the Content will remain the exclusive property of Chatnow or its licensors unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will remove no copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from material found on the Site.

5. External links – Links to third party websites, including to live chat on the NeedHim chat portal, are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links you leave the Chatnow website, we have not reviewed all of the content of these third party websites and do not control and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. The existence of a link to or from any organisation’s site to the Chatnow site does not imply that we endorse all the activities or views of that organisation.

Chat and email conversations – From time to time, we may use things from chat conversations or emails in our marketing and promotion – but when we do so we will never disclose the identifiction of the person who made the comments and will try to ensure that the general public will not be able to identify the person who made the comments from anything we publish unless we have obtained specific permission from the individual concerned.

7. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. It may also block your access to the Sites in the event that: (a) you breach these Terms of Use; or (b) we believe that your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, our Users or us. Effects of Termination. Upon any such termination, your rights to access and use the Sites and Services shall automatically terminate. Chatnow has no obligation to delete, remove, or retain your User Submissions, and they may remain on the Sites and in Networks. In addition, even if User Submissions are deleted from active display on the Sites, they may be recorded and saved by Chatnow in its archives.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent to and within the jurisdiction in which that Term and Condition is illegal, invalid and unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
